The PEL team includes professional engineers, technologists, and support staff with the technical knowledge, as well as understanding of current regulatory requirements needed to assist our clients with bringing their projects from the conceptual phase through design and approvals, to construction and commissioning. The key members of our team include:
Tim Harvey, P.Eng.
Mr. Harvey is the President of Pinestone Engineering Ltd. and has over 28 years of experience in the Land Development and Municipal Engineering Fields. Mr. Harvey has served in the role of design engineer and project manager for a wide variety of projects including subdivision developments, road reconstruction projects, storm water management plans, road needs studies, commercial and institutional developments and class environmental assessments. He has extensive experience with the approval processes related to development projects at the municipal, provincial, and federal level. Mr. Harvey’s proactive approach to project management contributes to projects being completed on time and on budget. Providing client oriented service is a high priority for Mr. Harvey. Tim is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario. Joe Voisin, P.Eng., C.E.T.
Mr. Voisin has over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Lead Designer on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. These include municipal road projects, multi-residential condominium and subdivision developments, stormwater management facilities design, preparing lot grading, drainage/storm water management and servicing plans for industrial, commercial and residential developments. With a strong background in construction and construction process, Mr. Voisin produces designs that are not only cost effective, but also practical to construct. Mr. Voisin is an active member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the Ontario Association of Certified Technologist (OACETT) and Technicians, the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers and the Ontario Onsite Waste Water Association. Mr. Voisin is a graduate from Civil Engineering programs at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario and McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Yousef Saigh, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Mr. Saigh has over 23 years of experience as a civil engineer and has served in the role of project manager for a wide variety of projects including site development projects, site servicing design, and water resources development. Mr. Saigh’s areas of expertise include project management, quality management, independent peer reviews, municipal engineering design, road reconstruction projects, infrastructure design, construction administration, land development site services, earth work design, functional servicing reports, stormwater management and controls, master watershed studies, floodline mapping, dam stability and related dam infrastructure design, water supply and sanitary sewer system analysis, hydrology and hydraulic modelling, pumping stations, and class environmental assessment studies. With his strong background in civil engineering, Mr. Saigh brings the added value of producing designs that are both cost effective for the clients, and practical to construct in the field. His master’s degree obtained in civil engineering, also provides a strong analytical capability, and added scientific strength for all aspects of civil engineering projects. Mr. Saigh is a registered member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and is a registered member of the Registry Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS) with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) for the specialties of Drainage and Hydrology Engineering, Highway Engineering Design, and Highway Engineering QC qualifications. Lauren Trividic, P.Eng.
Ms. Trividic has over 7 years of experience working within the municipal and civil engineering discipline. She has worked as a designer, inspector, surveyor and contract administrator on civil engineering projects including land development, municipal infrastructure, landfill sites, environmental, commercial and recreational facilities. |
